Villa Samudra Raya, the Indonesian word for great ocean, is set in a quiet compound less than 300 meters from the main road in the center of Seminyak, the area between Legian/Seminyak and kerobokan. The international airport is about 15 minutes away. Many interesting shops are right on the main street near the villa; it’s about 1km to the beach, and a few minutes by car bring you to an increasing number of fashionable restaurants including Kafe Warisan, Ku de Ta, Hu U, The Living Room, Blossom , La Luciola, Trattoria, Mykonos, etc.

Villa Samudra Raya is elegant in design centering around two large swimming pools with large open spaces surrounding by natural light, tropical gardens and stone fixtures giving the villa a feeling of absolute tranquility.

There are four large bedrooms and one child’s rooms and spacious dining and living areas, perfect for entertaining.

All five bedrooms are beautifully decorated with air conditioning, walk-in wardrobes, and marble bathrooms with sunken baths overlooking tropical gardens and water features. All four bedrooms have king size beds and one children’s room with bunks.

The living space/dining room opens to a garden full of lush tropical plants and to the family swimming pool. The use of large bifold doors give a feeling of spaciouness and a huge timber dinning table for 10 and day bed for six make this area unforgettable.

This living area becomes more complete with its telephone connection, wireless broadband internet and a theatre room with a 104cm plasma TV surround sound DVD/VCD and satellite system to ease you enjoy all your favorite sports and movie whilst relaxing on spacious lounges.

When you can not leave your business whilst having holiday, a private study room is prepared where you can enjoy quiet time for all your business needs.

The adjacent kitchen is fitted out with the latest electrical appliances, microwave, dishwasher, blender, steamer, toaster, etc. In the centre of the kitchen there is a large island marble bench where your staff can prepare all the days’ meals and drinks for you whilst overlooking the pool and tropical garden. There is also a Japanese functional bar where you can enjoy having a drink whilst listening to your favorite songs.

The villa boasts its spacious garden its two swimming pool: one lap pool 12 meters by 3 meters and family pool 12 meters by 4 meters.
