The Riverside Villas are your personal Shangri-La. Set within a Balinese village in Kerobokan and surrounded by green belt rice fields, the Riverside Villas are skirted by a tranquil river that borders all three properties.

Villa One - 4 bedroom villa with private pool

Consisting of four bedrooms, Villa 1 has two main bedrooms in the villa itself and two bungalow bedrooms, nestled across the nearby river and accessible by footbridge. The complex is surrounded by exotic gardens and landscaping, with its own 14-meter pool with sun loungers and umbrellas to suit.

Each of Villa 1’s bedrooms has its own ensuite open-air Balinese-style bathroom with outdoor showers and gardens. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. There are also guest toilet facilities off the living room area.

Upstairs, enjoy the entertainment area, complete with bar and pool table. Spectacular views across the neighboring rice fields can be enjoyed from this area. Downstairs, entertainment includes TV and stereo, with Indovision and DVD player.

The tastefully decorated, open-walled living/dining is designed for entertaining, seating 10 comfortably for dinner.

Each Riverside Villa is completely private from the next, and can be booked either individually or as part of a group booking for two or all three of the Riverside Villas. With security present at the main entrance to the villas 24 hours a day, safety, and privacy are assured

Villa Two - 2 bedroom villa with private pool

RV2's terraced, landscaped grounds look down onto the living area, which is laid out around a split-level central living area for all to enjoy. The property is designed around a traditional Balinese-style open-sided living and dining area.

Designed to seat eight people comfortably, the dining area is a few steps away from the expansive infinity-edged 14-meter swimming pool. Its glittering reflection will add that exotic touch while entertaining.

Come daytime, take the plunge or relax on the sun loungers with umbrellas to suit.

RV2 features two master bedrooms. Each has its own ensuite open-air Balinese-style bathroom with outdoor showers and gardens. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. There are also guest toilet facilities off the entertainment area. Upstairs, enjoy the entertainment area, complete with bar and pool table. Spectacular sunsets over the neighboring rice paddies can be enjoyed from this area. Downstairs, entertainment includes TV and stereo, with Indovision and DVD player.

Also featured on the river’s edge is a meditative teak bale (Balinese gazebo). Relax in the bale and take in the Ubud-esque temple and sacred rock view.

Villa Two is fully serviced by:

A full-time house manager - Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.

A Chef - Available on request (24hrs notice required). Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cooks will do all the market shopping.

Maids - Responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property

Security guards - Their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villas from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.

Pool Attendant and Gardener - Maintain the day to day up keep of the salt water system and the meticulous landscaped garden.

Villa Three - 3 bedroom villa with private pool

Riverside Villa 3 (RV3) is a quaint, three bedroom rendition of a traditional Javanese teak house. The simple and functional layout of the open kitchen, dining and living areas create a warm and sociable atmosphere.

The master bedroom is a detached, fully teak bungalow set amongst the canopy of an enormous jasmine tree.

The natural beauty of the garden and the refined structure of the villa border the 12-meter infinity-edged pool, which serves to mould the two together into one composite whole. An array of tropical plants and ferns line the perimeter wall, whilst a lawn surrounds the sun deck, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas to suit.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has its own Balinese-style ensuite with outdoor showers and gardens. Also featured is a purpose built sunset viewing deck, overlooking the enchanting rice fields that neighbor the property and also lends itself at night a spectacular view.

Relaxing in the living area, enjoy the entertainment center, including TV and stereo with Indovision and DVD player.
